This platform and all associated technology, productions, and financial instruments are proprietary and confidential. Effective as of 2026.

1. Ownership & Proprietary Rights

The Dripsy Drown Productions Film & Entertainment™ platform, including its source code, AI systems, generated outputs, production pipeline, blockchain monetization engine, royalty ledger, and all related documentation, is the exclusive proprietary property of William Joshua Drown. All rights are reserved worldwide.

No portion of this platform may be copied, reproduced, reverse-engineered, decompiled, distributed, sublicensed, or otherwise exploited without the express prior written consent of William Joshua Drown.

2. Copyright

All films, scenes, characters, scripts, images, audio, and other creative works produced on or through this platform are protected by copyright and owned by, or exclusively licensed to, William Joshua Drown unless a fully executed written contract states otherwise.

3. Trademarks

Use of these marks without authorization is strictly prohibited and constitutes trademark infringement.

4. Contracts & Royalties

Royalties, revenue shares, and token issuances are only payable to parties holding a verified, active contract on file with the studio. No financial obligation exists to any party absent such a contract. All royalty releases are recorded in an append-only ledger and are final upon settlement.

5. Financial Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The platform provides monetization and blockchain tooling on an "as is" and "as available" basis. William Joshua Drown and Dripsy Drown Productions Film & Entertainment™ make no warranties regarding financial returns and assume no liability to any unverified party.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, William Joshua Drown shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

6. Authorized Administration

All financial, legal, and privileged operations are restricted to the sole authorized administrator, William Joshua Drown. Any attempt to access administrative functions without authorization is logged and may result in civil and criminal liability.
